Admission Regulations

University admits graduates of secondary schools, colleges and any other higher institutions. The latter can be admitted to the second or third course to acquire the second higher education.

In order to take admission exams applicants must submit their application and the following documents:

  • secondary education certificate (attestat) or diploma (the original);
  • the result of unified exam in Armenian language;
  • 4 photos 3x4 size;
  • A document certifying the military service status of the applicant;
  • ID (passport, applicant under 16 must submit birth certificate.

The applicant must pan exams in Mathematics and a foreign language (in written form or computer tests).

Admission to the University is realized according to the number of places allocated to the University by the licenses:

  • mastership classroom learning - 15 places,
  • bachelorship classroom learning - 100 places,
  • bachelorship learning by correspondence - 100 places,
  • college for the pupils who finished 8th grade - 30 places,
  • college for the pupils who finished 10th grade - 30 places,

The applicants knowledge is evaluated by 20 score-system. Positive results results with the score 8. Examination score is written in figure and letters, first in examination register, and then examination list.

Only students with positive scores are allowed to take a part in the compettition. Competition is based on the sum of the two exams scores.

In case of the similar scores priority is given to the school gradutaes with gold and silver medals and than who have served in the army.
